It works well when use Richter of course 3007C1A8#0001 oldman faced on you 3007C1A8#0000 oldman turn back on you that's silly……
The useful one is 3007C100#78;3007C101#98;3007C102#1B; meet librarian any time any where , anyone(only shows menu) PLEASE USE IT IN LIBRARY otherwise it gonna crush

Yep, it works (with money code of course) And i am sure it's actually real buying ……
Use this code to turn on the menu forcelly 3003C9A4#0002(crushed all the time with Richter and i still dont know how to fix it )
Richter could have all of them like Alucard does, but no Ultimate Swordsman Richter appears The only item works well is Axelord armor

Great. Richter can pick up money, so don't need money code. You can see the money value at load screen.
AxeLord armor works like a new character, that's why works with him (I think). Going through CD load rooms must fix several of those erros.
Note that some GS codes do not work in both US and JP versions.
