They should be posible on console , but most of this combos are exclusive to the n64 version of mk trilogy .
PSX its more similar to arcade .

But yeah i use mostly savestates and in some combos slowdown :

Like that shang combo at 3:28

But in snes all the combos shown are posible on console
(meaning without slowdown ) but very hard Sad
