They're both the same method, just different setups. The one i posted you can just jump up and down forever to try again.

It's much easier if you get the positioning right.

If you follow the directions below the video, it gets you into the correct position.

Basically,
Jump at the wall (saltitar contra a parede)
Hold down and right until you hit the bottom of the staircase (mantenha o para baixo e para a direita até você pousar)
Dash backwards (deslizar para trás)
Late in the dash, throw a buffalo star, or pull out a shield. (lançar um estrela búfalo tarde em o deslizar. você poder também uso o escudo.)

apologias para português ruim. Eu fazer não falar o idioma , e sou tentativa a fazer (criar?) ele compreensível
