The percentage is infinite, but the highest is 4,559,413.2 (42949672 rooms), before the percentage comes back to 0.

Oh, sorry, I should have been more specific... you're right about the S4R, but remember using the Super Matrix Stats Glitch we can make Alucard transform into Richter and save the game.

I did some testing, and even if we get out of the tower, we can not complete the map.
